Why We Built This
In 2023, we ran a digital audit for a Calgary plumber who had been in business for 14 years. He was good at his job, had a solid reputation, and was working 60-hour weeks. He was also losing $11,200 a month to missed calls, a Google Business Profile stuck at position #8, and a website that bounced 71% of mobile visitors.
He had no idea. Nobody had ever shown him the numbers.
